USER AGREEMENT FOR VEEKRYA

1. The user may carefully read all the information on products and services as provided in relevant sections to get a clear idea on how to order.

2. In order to use the store, the user have accepted the following terms and conditions given below. We reserve the right to add, delete, alter or modify these terms and conditions at any time.

3. All products are checked, screened and assured by the vendors to ensure that the products are of the standard, quality, design, composition, style or model that they are representative of.

4. The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of VEEKRYA.

5. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The payment shall be refunded and the user shall be informed of the same.

6. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the user (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by VEEKRYA for re-delivery shall be claimed from the user placing the order.

7. If the user has any question, doubts or confusion in regard to any of the terms & conditions set out herein, he/she should seek clarifications from us through email/whatsapp and should wait for a written clarification before using the service.

8. VEEKRYA shall try to meet the date and time of delivery schedule as given by the user in the order form, any delayed/ early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the user for any damages or compensation from VEEKRYA. Our normal delivery schedule is specifically given in the shipping description.

9. VEEKRYA attempts to be as accurate as possible with its product descriptions. However, it does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is completely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Slight color variation of products is possible due to digital photography and editing. If a product offered by VEEKRYA itself is not as described, your sole remedy as the customer is to return the item in its unused condition.

13. VEEKRYA shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of ordered goods by the vendors (trade organizations, manufacturers / shops etc.), flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of us.

14. The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

SHIPPING POLICY

Purchases are shipped from Salem tamilnadu – India, by India post or courier. Please allow the following number of days from receipt of your order.

India Wide – 5 to 10 business days

Order deliveries will be made between 9 am – 5 pm Monday – Saturday. Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc.

1. VEEKRYA takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person. 2. VEEKRYA is not responsible for damage after delivery. 3. VIDEO OF OPENING PARCEL IS MUST to claim for any damages in transit.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery. Shipping and handling rates may vary based on the product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

VEEKRYA endeavors to serve its client to offer the best experience. We do not facilitate returns for products once delivered.

RETURNS POLICY

Refund process will be initiated after a check by VEEKRYA team of the returned goods/products to ensure that clauses of return policy have adhered.

Refund shall be subjected to the deduction of the shipping cost as the shipping charge is non-refundable.

Refund will be processed and completed within 7 working days, from the date of acceptance of return/refund.

returns are subject to only damages in transit if any, with video proof of opening parcel.

*Please note in case of prepaid orders, if the order being denied by the customer after shipping for any reason, we shall be initiating the refund process to the customer without refunding the delivery charges.
